Don Henshall - Chief Executive Officer
Don founded Panther Security from his home in 1990. His vast experience and knowledge of security and crime issues stem from the many years spent in the Police Force where he was Detective Sergeant. His enthusiasm and motivational skills have been the driving force in creating one of the leading independent security companies in East Anglia. Don is responsible for overall guidance of Panther to greater achievements, but he still takes time to monitor the day-to-day running of the company.

Christine Henshall - Managing Director
Christine assisted Don in establishing the company in 1990. Although working full time in finance Christine did the majority of the administration and accounts in the first few years. After taking redundancy from her job at the Nationwide, Christine has been very active on the administration and finance side of Panther Security.

Shaun Dexter - Managing Director (Operations)
Responsible for the day-to-day running of Panther's operations, Shaun has over a decade's experience with the top names in the security industry. He has worked at all levels of responsibility, from the bottom to the top, giving him a unique perspective on all elements of running a security systems company.
In his spare time Shaun enjoys managing/training youth football teams and is currently working with a local under 8 age group. (Joined 1995)

Martin Goodyer - Sales Director
Martin is responsible for Panther's sales and marketing activities, which are among the most enviable in this industry. With over 24 years experience, Martin has an intimate knowledge of the marketplace and customer's requirements. Combined with his strong engineering background, he ensures Panther's message is always spot on. (Joined 2001)

Terry - Systems Performance Engineer & Security Systems Surveyor
Terry has a comprehensive knowledge of all areas involving security systems obtained from being around the industry his entire life. His services range from the surveying of additional equipment, with the ability to install himself, to providing a full survey and specification for a completely new system. In his spare time Terry enjoys DIY, performance cars and anything technical or gadget related.(Joined 1999)

Dave Barnett - Area Sales Manager

Stuart Walker - Engineering Supervisor
Stuart is an experienced engineer who has successfully made a career transition from the British Army into the electronic security industry. Since Stuart joined Panther Security he has steadily grown in confidence and ability and is well respected by the engineering team. (Joined 1999)

Nicola - Office Manager
Nicola is responsible for managing the administration team and organising the routine maintenance visits. She is highly organised and enjoys the challenge of a varied role within the company. Nicola’s hobbies include baking, growing vegetables and researching her family tree. (Joined 2002).

Sally - Accounts Manager
Sally looks after all aspects of accounts for the company, including processing customer direct debits. Whilst her role demands high levels of accuracy she remains calm and is always willing to help with customer enquiries. Sally enjoys swimming, photography and reading. (Joined 1998).

Vicky - Sales Administrator
Vicky looks after the administration for the sales team. She is the first point of contact for new customers and processes quotations and orders. Vicky prides herself on her excellent customer service skills combined with a friendly approach. In her spare time Vicky enjoys making her own jewellery, motorcycling and the latest gadgets on the market! (Joined 2006)

Victoria - Breakdowns Administrator
Victoria coordinates the breakdown team and uses her excellent organisational skills to ensure customers receive a fast response. She also deals with key holder updates and replacement parts, including batteries and key fobs. Victoria enjoys knitting and making clothes and jewellery in her spare time. (Joined 2007)
